After a hiatus our runs are resuming!
Peter has recently completed the NCCP Triathlon Community Coach in Training courses and is enthusiastic about getting our runs going again.
The runs are led by run leaders who are volunteers within the club and have completed the community coaching certification.
We meet on Sundays at 8:30 at a variety of locations, and the planned route is usually between 10-20km, but is adaptable to meet your needs. Some of our athletes run 30 min and all the way up to 30km, We also have a variety of pace options.
Peter is also planning to start a mid week run to focus on hills and speed. Stay tuned for more information.
