The running portion of our club is lead by run leaders who are volunteers within the club and have completed the community coaching certification. The distances on Sundays are adaptable to meet your needs. The planned route is usually between 10 -20km. Most of them are out and back, or a loop that has shorter options. Some of our athletes run 30 min and all the way up to 30km, We also have a variety of pace options.
